<p><span style="font-size:16px">宅地建物取引士は５年に一度、６時間の講習を受けて更新を行う義務となっており、本日はその講習日でした。</span></p> <p><br /> <img alt="" src="https://okinawa-house-resort-com.dssl.jp/img/bukken/blogImages/15790947522.jpg" /><br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:16px">眠くなった時に備えて眠気覚ましも万全で挑んだつもりでしたが、マスクを忘れてしまい１回目の休憩で施設内のコンビニに行きますが、隣席の方もマスク購入している姿や、その後にもアンダーライン引くタイミングやページめくるタイミングなどがシンクロする瞬間があったので、会話はなかったのですが、仕事でのリズム感が一緒なのだろうという親近感です。おそらく５年後又逢える事でしょう。<br /> <br /> 朝の１０時～１７時３０分までガッツリと６時間。フォアグラのように講習という名の情報を詰め込まれました。<br /> 午前中は宅建業法、法令改正、そして午後は紛争事例と不動産税と怒涛の６時間でしたが、どんどん変わっていく一般的常識や法律を見直せる事は重要な事です。<br /> <br /> おかげ様で、誤って２回洗濯してしまいボロボロだった免許証がピカピカに輝くニューバージョンにリニューアルです。そして、玉城デニー知事の名前が入っていると思いきや、本名を初めて知りました。</span><br /> <br /> <br /> <img alt="" src="https://okinawa-house-resort-com.dssl.jp/img/bukken/blogImages/157909556419.jpg" /><br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:16px">見た目にカッコいい産業支援センターでの講習会でしたが、さすが沖縄県の観光を牽引する沖縄コンベンションビューローも入る建物には保育園完備で、散歩に出かける園児からの挨拶に心穏やかになりました。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://okinawa-house-resort-com.dssl.jp/img/bukken/blogImages/157909558780.jpg" /></p> <p><br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:16px">帰り道の渋滞中、見える夕日をバックに着陸する飛行機のシルエットにため息をつくのでした。<br /> 夕日はどこで見てもその場所で見る事が美しいものだと。<br /> <br /> そして、この共有夕日を見る全ての方が平和であるよう願うしかできないもどかしさです。。。<br /> <br /> 玉城でした。</span><br /> <br /> &nbsp;</p>
